POUCH SEALING MACHINES
These are heat-sealing machines to seal product filled in readymade pouchesof different types and sizes.
Basic models:
1. Impulse sealing system to seal virgin materials like LDPE/ HDPE/ HMHD/ PP etc.
2. Continuous sealing system to seal laminates like Alu-Poly, Paper poly. Polyester-poly etc. The pouch to be sealed is held between the Sealing jaws heated either by impulse or continuos system and when Pressure is applied the pouch seals by itself.

VACUUM PACKING MACHINE
Vacuum packing machine offers special Protection to Products and increases its Self Life. In this system the air inside the pouch is removed by vacuum process and if necessary flushed with insert Gas like nitrogen and sealed. It also protects the Product from contamination, dust, oxidation, Damages. Adulteration and reduces the growth of micro organism.
Models: Closed Chamber type with or without Nitrogen Flushing, in this the Vacuum process takes place in a closed chamber. Open type with Impulse sealing or continuos sealing, in this the Pouch will be in the open atmosphere and vacuum process takes place through a Nozzle inserted into the pouch. For Vacuum Packing special barrier film must be used for best results.
Applications: Fast Food, Marine Food, Meat, Dry Fruits, Electronic and Electrical Items, Engineering Products for Exports, etc.
SHRINK PACKING SYSTEMS
These Shrink Wrapping machines are used for packing various products in singles and Multiple using Shrinkable LPDE, PVC or polyolefin Film in sleeves, pouches or folded form.
In this system the shrinkable film is wrapped over the product and sealed.This pack is sent to the shrink tunnel where the special heating system shrinksthe film which holds the product tightly. The pack is then cooled to have a tight shrink wrapping.
Models: Light duty table top. Light duty with table with AC or DC drive. Heavy duty with or without cooling chambers, chamber type with inbuilt V/I sealers, product auto feeder or collater system.
Applications: Food Products, Marine products, pesticides, personal care products, computer accessories, medical equipments, single and multiple cartons.
BLISTER/SKIN PACKING SYSTEM
Blister packing involves 3 basic machines.
1. Vacuum forming / Thermoforming/ Blister forming machine.
2. Blister sealing machine.
3. Blister cutting machine.
First the blisters are formed to the required shape and design using Special forming dies, then the blisters are cut to required size, then the Product is filled into the blisters and sealed to a base board or aluminum or Paper Fail. The materials used for blisters are PVC, HIPS, HDPE, PET, etc.
In Skin Packing the product is kept on the baseboard and film after heating is formed over the product by vacuum sucking. The hot film sticks to the Adhesive coated board and packs the products inside.
Models: Forming machine various sizes. 12 x12, 12 x 18, 18 x18, 24 x 24 with plug in system for deep forming, with sandwich heating for thicker Material or EPS sheets. Sealing machine: Pneumatic with or with out Auto feed system.
Cutting machine: Hydro Pneumatic, Rotary table type.
VERTICAL FORM FILL SEAL MACHINES
This Automatic Form Fill seal machine is designed to form a Pouch from a Roll of film. either Virgin or Laminates, then the products like Liquids. Viscous Liquids, Creams, Powders or Granules are filled into the Pouch in Predetermined quantity, then the pouch is sealed and out. The speed various from 30-40 pouches per minute depending on the Product and packing material. The machine can be fitted with different Filling system like Gravimetric fillers, Volumetric fillers, Cup fillers, Augger fillers, Weigh fillers to suit different products. Optional attachments Include Colour sensors, Batch coding device and Nitrogen flushing System, gusetting system and counters.
HORIZONTAL FORM FILL SEAL MACHINE
Automatic Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machines are used for Packing various solid products in pillow packs. The machines forms the pouch from any laminated packaging materials, fill the product and seals it. The speed of the machine various from 30-60 pouches per minute depending upon the product. The machines finds use in any food or engineering unit where any uniform products are to be packed in large quantity. This range includes Pouch Making Machines with a speed of 60 to 200 Pouches per minute with either center of side sealed pouches.Application: Biscuits, Chocolates, Noodles, Calculators. Bearings. AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINES
These are Semi Automatic product fillers, an economic Alternative for Fully automatic FFS machine. Different system are there for different Products.
1. Augger Filler: This machine has a Vertical Screw which dispenses the product from a hopper and can be used for any free flowing powders. The Volume of the product dispensed is calibrated by a timer.
2. Cup Filler: This system has a set of cups which measures the product by Volume and dispenses it from a hopper and is generally used for granular Product. The diameter and the height (adjustable) determines the volume of the product. These fillers can be attached with product feeding conveyors (Screw/ Spiral). Pouch sealing systems etc.
3. Volumetric Filler: These are syringe type fillers suitable for Viscous liquids. The volume can be controlled by adjusting the stroke of the Piston. The Drive is either by Pneumatics or through a geared motor. Filling range 5-25ml. 25-250ml, 250-1000ml.

Fully Automative Blister Packing Machine

CARTON STRAPPING MACHINE
This economical and reliable strapping machine brings the latest international technology with in your reach. Any size of cartons can be strapped using these machines. When the machine is started the required length of strap automatically rolls out. This strap is rolled over the carton and pushed to the sealing area. The strap is then automatically tightened to the required tension, sealed tightly and cut off. The strapping speed is 1.5 sec/strap and uses 24 Volt DC to avoid possible shock.
